A good friend of mine introduced, Jay to help me with my anxiety issues. I decided to join his meditation class and it was the best thing I did. I was a bit sceptical at first and wasn’t sure if this was best for me but as we progressed, Jay proved me otherwise.

Meditation in my opinion works differently for everyone but like what Jay mentioned before, it’s not something to achieve but it’s more of a way of life.
The theory has so many facts that allows me to build confidence in myself. In addition, when I am engaged with the practical sessions, I feel very much distracted from my thoughts and feel safer!
