Day 1 of our three-day workshop, “Living Purposefully,” embarks on a transformative journey into the essence of purpose and its profound impact on resilience and personal growth.

We begin by exploring the foundational concept of purpose, unravelling how it interweaves with our soul, spirit, and body to guide our life’s direction. Through the process of Soul Awakening, participants will engage in deep reflection to uncover their true desires, leading to a discovery of genuine happiness and joy. We’ll delve into the significant influences and practical approaches to living with purpose, enhancing our understanding with the 4 Elements exercise.

The day culminates in the engaging “Fun with 3 MIQ (Most Important Questions) Exercise,” designed to further clarify personal aspirations and foster a purpose-driven mindset. Through discussions on self-acceptance, we’ll examine how embracing our imperfections can propel us toward success, while understanding failure as a stepping stone rather than a setback. The day addresses common obstacles such as procrastination, life’s inherent unfairness, and the quest for work-life balance, introducing the ABC System for cognitive restructuring alongside strategies for anger management.

We’ll delve into the formation and transformation of habits and behaviours, the influence of the mind on the brain, thought processing techniques, managing negative moods, and fighting insomnia. Day 3 of our workshop, “Mindfulness Path to Stability,” guides participants through the principles and practices of mindfulness as a foundation for mental resilience and stability. Beginning with an introduction to mindfulness, we’ll explore its transformative potential through both theory and practical exercises, including mindful eating and the fundamentals of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

Participants will learn the 9 Attitudes of Mindfulness, gaining insight into how thoughts and awareness can be harmonized. Practical sessions will focus on anchoring techniques using the five senses and breath, enhancing present-moment awareness. We’ll delve into the concept of the three brain gears and autopilot mode, introducing mindfulness exercises aimed at focusing attention, understanding stress responses like freeze, fight, flight, and appease, and cultivating a state of open awareness.

The module covers the science behind mindfulness, from brain waves to its neurological benefits, concluding with practices in Loving Kindness and the cultivation of interconnectedness and a quiet mind. This immersive day prepares attendees to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives for improved well-being and resilience.
